This 30” x 30” acrylic painting on canvas was painted ‘en plein air’ on the ferry dock of Bridgeport CT’s waterfront. Made by Liz Squillace, it joins three others representing the views from North, South, East & West. This view shows the bold structures of the highway underpass and expressive Long Island Sound. This particular painting hung in the office of the Trust for Public Land which had funded the Waterfront Grant that brought the paintings about. After that, it hung in Yale’s Morse College weaving room in New Haven.
